Kovix AI builds a lead-capture concierge that service businesses put on their websites. The short version: we collect what visitors choose to submit, we deliver it to the business they were trying to reach, and we do not sell anyone's data. The details are below, in plain English.
Who we are
Kovix AI provides AI concierge software that captures, qualifies, and routes leads for service businesses. You can reach us any time at team@kovixai.com.
This policy covers two things: the Kovix AI concierge widget that runs on our clients' websites, and this website, kovixai.com.
What the concierge widget collects
When you use a Kovix AI concierge on a business's website, it collects only what you choose to provide during the conversation. Depending on what the business asks for, that can include:
- Your name and how to reach you, such as a phone number or email address.
- What you need help with, for example the service you are asking about, your timing, or your location.
- Anything else you type or select while using the concierge.
That information exists for one purpose: it is delivered to the business whose website you were on, so they can follow up with you. Kovix AI processes it on that business's behalf. If you want that information corrected or deleted, contact the business directly, or email us and we will help route your request.
What this website collects
If you fill out a form on kovixai.com, for example to request a demo or use our calculator, the details you submit are processed by our hosting provider and delivered to us so we can respond.
This site does not run third-party analytics trackers or advertising pixels, and it does not set tracking cookies. Cookies here are minimal: only what is strictly needed for the site and forms to work. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which is a standard web request handled by Google to deliver the font files.
What we never do
- We do not sell personal data. Not yours, not our clients', not their customers'.
- We do not use lead information to build advertising profiles.
- We do not contact a business's leads for our own purposes.
How long we keep information
We keep lead information for as long as needed to provide the service to the business it belongs to, then delete it. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful for responding to you.
Security
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access is limited to the people who need it to run the service. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect what you share.
Children
Our service is built for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will not be applied retroactively to information we already hold.
