Terms of Service
These are the terms for using kovixai.com and the Kovix AI concierge service. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email team@kovixai.com and ask.
What the service is
Kovix AI provides a button-guided AI concierge that sits on your business website and captures, qualifies, and routes leads around the clock, in English and Spanish. We build it for you, you put it on your site, and lead details are delivered to the destination you choose, such as your phone or email.
Trials, pricing, and billing
Demos are free. Paid plans and any trial terms are shown to you before you pay, and billing is handled through Stripe. We do not do surprise charges. You can cancel any time by emailing team@kovixai.com, and billing stops at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your side of the deal
- Give us accurate information about your business so the concierge represents you correctly.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes, and follow the laws that apply to how you contact your leads.
- You are responsible for your own website and for having a privacy policy that covers the data your business collects.
- Do not resell, copy, or reverse engineer the software.
Your leads are yours
Lead information captured by your concierge belongs to your business. We process it to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell it or use it to market to your customers.
What we do not promise
We work hard to make the concierge fast, accurate, and always on, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, lead volume, or revenue, and no software has perfect uptime. The concierge is an intake tool. It does not give legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is formed by talking to it.
Our work stays ours
The Kovix AI software, design, and technology belong to Kovix AI. Your brand, your content, and your leads stay yours. While your service is active, you have the right to run your concierge on your own sites.
Liability, in plain English
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim related to it is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Ending the service
You can stop using the service whenever you want. We can suspend or end service for abuse, non-payment, or unlawful use, and we will tell you why. When service ends, we deliver or delete your remaining lead data on request.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
